Returns Policy

1. Refund & Returns: Currently we do not accept returns as our team quality checks the wall decor before shipping it.However you may be eligible for replacement.
2. Eligibility for Replacement: In case you receive the product in damaged condition please send us a video and photo of the product and the original packaging within 24 hours of receiving the package and we may offer a replacement of the same product subject to approval of our team.
3. Replacement Process: To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service at support@confettiwall.com We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
4. Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you once your replacement order is shipped.
5. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
